Step 1
Use the online booking tool to make a reservation. Select the payment feature that allows you to pay with a travel agent (the travel agent is us). Write down the confirmation booking number when done. If booking one month prior to your trip you may not see the travel agent option. In that case please email us your reservation details.
Step 2
You will be contacted within 1 hour via email. We will deduct your discount amount from the total price. You will be asked to fill out the credit card authorization form online. The agent will process the payment and you are done. Very easy and fast.
Step 3
You will be provided with an email confirmation invoice within one hour of payment. Travel documents will be sent out via email as E-documents.
Note:
When you book an Apple Vacations package you will get an 11% discount on the Land portion of your package (excluding taxes). There will be a $25 fee per booking. (Not per person)

Special Deals :
When you book an Apple Vacations best buy package deal or a square deal you can only get a 6% discount and not 11%. We are making less money on these types of packages, therefore we have to give a smaller discount. The same policy applies, 6% discount on the land portion of the package.
